Tuutou auena

A seedless breadfruit variety from Raiatea, with light yellow and yellow flesh. One of several Tuutou types distinguished partly by leaf size and dissection. The collection notes describe large fruit on short stalks that complicate harvesting; cooking time also varies among types.
