Breadfruitvariety
Meion
A seedless breadfruit variety from Chuuk, Weno (Moen) and Pohnpei, with creamy and light yellow flesh. An early Chuuk breadfruit valued for easy pounding after boiling. The notes place its ripening after Meichon and Meiter and do not recommend it for roasting.
